A kiosk near the Sweden Rock area in Norje, Sölvesborg, Sweden, is set to close after a contract dispute. The kiosk, operated by Villy Svensson since 2023, has been terminated by Sweden Rock, the property owner, following disagreements over a new agreement. Villy Svensson stated he agreed to a rent increase offered by Sweden Rock but was dissatisfied with the contract terms.
Hannes Emeus, marketing manager for Sweden Rock, said Villy Svensson chose not to sign the proposed contract, leading to the termination. Local resident Ebba Bergqvist Karlsson expressed concern, noting the kiosk is the only nearby option and its closure will complicate daily life with longer travel distances.
