According to reports from Sydsvenskan, Kristdemokraterna (KD) leader Ebba Busch has stated there is no agreement for Sverigedemokraterna (SD) to receive specific ministerial posts in a potential future government. Busch made these comments following announcements from Moderaterna (M) and SD that the Sweden Democrats would get ministerial positions if the Tidö parties win the next election.
Busch reportedly said, 'There is no mandate for any single party among us four to promise another party any specific area of responsibility.' The comments came after Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson stated during a press conference that it would be natural for SD leader Jimmie Åkesson to have significant policy influence over migration and integration issues.

Åkesson responded to the suggestion of becoming migration minister by saying, 'I think it sounds great with Migration Minister Jimmie Åkesson, but we're not there yet.' During the same press conference, it was announced that Kristersson remains the Tidö parties' candidate for prime minister.
Busch defended Kristersson's position, stating, 'Looking at the mathematics and knowing something basic about politics, Kristersson is the one who has had the prerequisites to gather the support needed in Sweden's parliament.' She added that Kristersson shouldn't have to 'pay for something that is a reality.'
