Karlstad University's annual education fair, known as "KAU-dagen," attracted approximately 2,500 young adults on Wednesday, according to a report from SVT Värmland. The event featured 83 exhibitors from various universities, folk high schools, and vocational colleges across Sweden. Project leader Fredrika Swenson described the event as having "great energy" with crowded attendance during the first two hours.
The fair aims to provide young adults with inspiration and information about available courses and programs throughout Sweden. Visitors expressed interest in various fields, with some mentioning specific career paths like dentistry and nursing, while others remained undecided about their future studies but felt inspired by the event.
