The Swedish government has reportedly paused deportations of teenagers, but this pause does not apply to Noorali as she has already received a deportation decision. She faces potential removal to Iraq despite the policy change.

Noorali has appealed the deportation decision to the Migration Supreme Court, where her case is currently under review. According to the report, one possible path for her to return to Sweden would be to apply for work and residence permits from Iraq.
