The service, named Glam in a Jam, includes a 45-minute makeover at participants' homes using Superdrug products, reports said. "Glam in a Jam aims to ensure beauty inconveniences don't derail our plans by providing more than just the replacement products – it delivers the professional hands to apply them," Just Eat said. Slots are available to book on Eventbrite from 9am on Wednesday (May 6) on a first-come, first-served basis. However, the service is limited to residents of three postcodes: Manchester M3 and London SW4 and SW12.
Customers must be 18 or older and be at home during an allocated time slot, which cannot be changed after confirmation. Additionally, a wide range of Superdrug products can be ordered directly to doorsteps in as little as 30 minutes. "Superdrug launching on Just Eat means customers can now get their beauty essentials conveniently delivered on demand, whenever their glam doesn't go to plan," said Caroline Bates, grocery and retail director at Just Eat. It remains unclear if the service will extend beyond May 8 and 9 or expand to other areas. Delivery fees have also not been disclosed.
