Johanna Nordström, who has hosted the reality TV series 'Love Island' for the past two years, announced at the end of January that she is pregnant with her first child. According to Göteborgs-Posten, Johanna Nordström described her pregnancy as very far along, though she declined to specify the exact due date. She also explained that timing issues related to children led her to decline hosting the upcoming season, but did not elaborate on other potential reasons for her departure.
It is currently unknown who will take over the hosting role for 'Love Island'. However, according to Göteborgs-Posten, Johanna Nordström described likely knowing who the replacement will be and expressed confidence that it will be a strong choice.
It doesn't really fit time-wise when it comes to children and such, so unfortunately I have said no.
I won't say how far along I am, but I am very far along. People usually tell after week 12, but it has gone much longer than that.
I do however likely know who will do it and it will be really, really good.
