Johan Franzén will leave his role as chairman of IK Oskarshamn, according to reports. He reportedly stated that he will not stand for re-election at the summer annual meeting. Franzén has been chairman for nine years, having been elected in 2017, and his tenure included the club's SHL promotion in 2019, five years in the top league, and SHL relegation in 2024.
Separately, the entire board of Friska Viljor FC and Friska Viljor Akademi FC is new, with Erik Johansson reportedly serving as acting chairman. Peter Sundberg became chairman of Friska Viljor FC in 2024.
