According to major media reports, Jessica Alba, 44, and Danny Ramirez, 33, had a date night on Saturday night in Los Angeles, where they wore matching black leather motorcycle jackets. Alba's son Hayes, eight, joined the couple during the outing, wearing a grey T-shirt, dark pants, and white sneakers. Hayes playfully hid underneath his mom's leather jacket while waiting at valet, but Alba's teenage daughters Honor, 17, and Haven, 14, were not present. Alba shares Hayes and her daughters with her ex-husband Cash Warren, from whom she announced her split in January 2025. She struck up a romance with Ramirez in July 2025.
As part of the divorce settlement, Cash Warren will receive half of Jessica Alba's residuals for all work she did during their 16-year marriage. Alba will keep her royalties from projects made before she married in 2008. The Honest Company, co-founded by Alba in 2011, reportedly has an IPO valuation of $308 million, and Warren will receive 1,170,058 vested restricted stock shares and 4,523,035 certificate-restricted shares from it. Alba was awarded all furniture, clothing, jewelry, several bank accounts, an Audi Q-6 E-tron, a 2025 Kia Sportage, and a 2026 Kia Sportage, while the couple will split their marital furniture, art collection, and airline miles.
