' This attack is part of what the Daily Mail describes as Iran's onslaught of retaliatory strikes across the Middle East, targeting US allies including Dubai, Kuwait, Bahrain, Abu Dhabi, and Kuwait with ballistic missiles and kamikaze drones.

Iran is attacking in retaliation for Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei's death, which the Daily Mail states occurred in a US-Israeli airstrike. Senior Iranian politician Ali Larijani vowed that the US and Israel would be hit 'with a force that they have never experienced before' in retaliation to attacks that killed Iran's Supreme Leader. In response, President Donald Trump warned the US will strike with 'force never seen before' if Tehran carries out threats of harsh retaliation.
The total casualties and damages from the Iranian attacks across the Middle East remain unclear.
