Iran's forensic chief Abbas Masjedi, head of the Legal Medicine Organization, reported at least 3,375 people killed in the conflict with Israel and the United States, according to major media. Masjedi stated that only four of the dead remain unidentified. Of the total, 2,875 were male and 496 were female, and 383 were children aged 18 and under. It is unclear whether these figures include security force members or provide a breakdown between civilians and combatants.

On the Israeli side, the health department reported 2,745 people injured during the war, with 85 still hospitalized and 11 in serious condition. Israeli authorities confirmed 14 deaths. The total number of deaths across all parties in the conflict has not been confirmed.

At least three women have been killed and 13 people injured on the occupied West Bank as a direct result of the Iran war, according to multiple reports. It is not known whether these casualties are included in the Israeli death toll or are separate.
