On Wednesday around 6 PM, Nordea responded that for some customers, account and card transactions are not yet visible in online banking, but they are visible in mobile banking.
Nordea advises customers to clear their browser cache or try logging into online banking through another browser. However, clearing the cache or changing browsers has not necessarily helped. This has led to customer frustration as troubleshooting methods fail to resolve the visibility issues.
