According to a press release from Huddinge Samhällsfastigheter AB, the municipal property company and construction firm Arcona have signed a 516 million kronor contract to build a new Solfagraskolan school in Huddinge. The project, commissioned by Huddinge municipality, will create a modern F-6 school with capacity for 630 students. The development reportedly includes not only the school building but also a sports hall and a full-size artificial turf football field.
Construction is scheduled for completion in summer 2028, with the school expected to be ready for occupancy at that time. Key officials involved in the project include Marita Anheim, CEO of Huddinge Samhällsfastigheter, and Håkan Lindblom, head of the Project and Technical Development department at the same company. The project represents a significant investment in Huddinge's educational infrastructure.
