Hanna Lodin is chasing a podium place in the Vasaloppet. She is fourth in the Ski Classics total after seven events and is the best Swedish skier on the women's side ahead of the Vasaloppet. Lodin was extremely close to securing her first career victory in Ski Classics during the latest event in Jizerska, where a tenth of a second separated her and teammate Anikken Gjerde Alnaes at the finish.
She has already taken two podium places this season. Lodin says she is very excited to start in the Vasaloppet and that being so close to her first win shows it is not far away.
