Scenographer Gjermund Andersen is nominated for Best Scenography/Costume Design for 'Hedda Gabler', and actor Guri Johnsen is nominated for Best Actress for the same production. The theatre's production 'Bukkene bruse begynner på skole' is nominated in the Best Production category.
Beaivváš Sámi National Theatre and the Norwegian National Opera & Ballet are nominated for Best Audiovisual Design, and Beaivváš is also nominated for Best Production for Youth for 'Gavdnjejuvvon'. Theatre director Morten Kjerstad said the nominations are an important recognition and confirmation that the theatre is creating performing arts at the highest level.
