Green waste bags will disappear from grocery stores in Halmstad at the end of March. A new dotted bag for metal waste will also be introduced. The change takes effect from the last day of March.
According to Joakim Lind, business area manager for Hem, there is a huge waste of the bags in stores. For apartment residents, the property owner orders the green bags for the building's residents. For villa owners, they must tie a bag of the color they lack to the waste bin to get a new roll.
