65 million, making it the most expensive ever in the county. The new house is in the same road as and about a dozen doors down from his modern house in Rock, Cornwall. Gordon Ramsay and his wife Tana purchased the new house through their new company Rocky Bay Estates.

The new house is a four-bedroom 19th-century property that looks ripe for being knocked down and redeveloped. It is thought the Ramsays have also bought the two-acre plot next to the house, potentially allowing for a larger development than his existing house. Gordon Ramsay's modern house in Rock was finished in March 2021, with over 20 neighbours objecting to the plans and one labelling it a 'monstrosity'.

4 million in 2015 and may have had a similar amount spent on renovations. 5 million, which was the most expensive house ever sold in Cornwall at the time. Gordon Ramsay has a turbulent relationship with Cornwall, loving the county but not caring for the locals, and the feeling appears mutual.

Gordon Ramsay said in a radio interview, 'I absolutely love Cornwall. ' The exact plans for redeveloping the new property, including if it will be knocked down, have not been disclosed. Whether Gordon Ramsay will keep both houses in Rock or sell one remains unclear.
