The soul duo Gnarls Barkley, consisting of Cee Lo Green and DJ Danger Mouse, has released new music for the first time in 18 years. The new single "Pictures" is reportedly from their upcoming album "Atlanta," which is set for release on March 6. According to reports, the album is described as a tribute to their hometown and marks the end of the band.
The duo previously released their debut album "St. Elsewhere" in 2006 and the follow-up "The Odd Couple" two years later, with no new music since then. Sources indicate that there have been long-standing rumors of a reunion, and Cee Lo Green has reportedly confirmed these rumors multiple times.
It is also reported that the plan was always to record a third album, but life and other creative endeavors intervened until now.
