An ice cream cafe in Aaparken in Ytteran will reopen this summer after a few years on pause. The cafe, which transformed from an old dance hall six years ago, reportedly had a short lifespan and closed after three seasons. Frida Knape, who has run a business in food crafts for fifteen years, will operate the cafe for the first time.
According to reports, she hopes it will gather local residents and says breaking even would be good. Separately, Guldkringlan cafe reportedly reopened on Wednesday, with a queue of curious visitors waiting outside before opening time.
