Italian football star Jorginho has reportedly expressed outrage after his 11-year-old daughter was left in tears following an encounter with singer Chappell Roan at a São Paulo hotel. According to reports from Swedish sports media, the incident occurred during breakfast at a hotel where both were staying ahead of the Lollapalooza festival. Jorginho, 34, who currently plays for Brazilian club Flamengo, detailed the alleged incident in an Instagram post.
He claimed his daughter, who was carrying a Chappell Roan sign, spotted the 28-year-old artist and approached her table to confirm it was her, then returned to her family without speaking. According to Jorginho's account, one of Roan's security guards then approached their table and spoke aggressively to his wife, artist Cat Cavelli, and their daughter in front of the child. The footballer alleged the guard threatened to file a complaint with the hotel while his daughter sat crying.
