According to Klette's submission to the Stockholm District Court, the claim is for unpaid legal fees related to work during part of Danielson's dispute with VMC Group. Klette assisted Danielson when the case was with the Swedish Football Association's disciplinary committee, according to the submission. Klette stated that Danielson made a partial payment of approximately 270,000 SEK but has not paid the remaining fee.

According to Expressen Sport, Klette described it as time to get the money in. 5 million SEK. According to Fotbollskanalen, Danielson described feeling ashamed for trusting people he shouldn't have and said the process was stressful.

He noted that he had money set aside for the legal process but that it was not fun to send it. Danielson's response to the new lawsuit is not yet known.
