Angelica Hernandez Vasquez filed the lawsuit against Jenner, Tri Star Services, and Maison Family Services on Friday, according to multiple reports. She worked at Jenner's Los Angeles house in Hidden Hills from September 2024 to August 2025. In the suit, Vasquez alleges she was harassed by fellow employees and the head housekeeper, with claims including being assigned the most difficult tasks, excluded from the team, publicly belittled, and subjected to intimidation.
Specific incidents cited involve co-workers snapping fingers at her, mocking her accent, forcing her to complete others' work, and treating her as inferior due to her Salvadoran background, with one supervisor allegedly throwing hangers at her feet in March 2025 while reprimanding her. Vasquez further alleges she raised concerns to Jenner and the companies, but no corrective action was taken, and her complaints were dismissed, mocked, or ignored. This led to a loss of wages after she complained, and she developed anxiety, severe stress, and symptoms consistent with PTSD, prompting medical leave in July 2025.
She resigned in August 2025 because the working conditions had become intolerable. Jenner is not mentioned by name for any alleged offensive behavior in the lawsuit filing. Representatives for Jenner did not immediately return The Independent's request for comment, leaving key unknowns such as what specific evidence supports the allegations and how Jenner and the companies will respond.
The exact amounts of damages being sought and any actions taken upon receiving the complaints remain unclear.
