Key Points
  • Angelica Vazquez filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles against Kylie Jenner, alleging discrimination and harassment.
  • Vazquez worked for Jenner from September 2024 to August 2025 at properties in Beverly Hills and Hidden Hills.
  • She claims she faced hostility, exclusion, and harassment based on her race, national origin, and religion, leading to her resignation.

According to court documents, Angelica Vazquez, identified as a Salvadoran woman and practicing Catholic, worked for Kylie Jenner between September 2024 and August 2025. She first worked at Jenner's Beverly Hills home before being moved to her Hidden Hills property. Vazquez alleges she was treated with hostility and exclusion from her first day on the job, claiming she was subjected to severe and pervasive harassment by other staff members, including the head housekeeper.

She says she was routinely assigned the most difficult and undesirable tasks and was excluded from the housekeeping team. Vazquez further alleges she was publicly belittled and humiliated in front of coworkers due to her race, national origin, and religion, and that her complaints about mistreatment were dismissed, mocked, or ignored. In one incident in March 2025, she claims a colleague threw hangers at her feet while reprimanding her.

Vazquez alleges the work environment caused her to develop anxiety and symptoms consistent with post-traumatic stress disorder, leaving her with no choice but to resign in August 2025 due to intolerable working conditions. The lawsuit's current status in the Los Angeles court system and the specific damages Vazquez is seeking have not been disclosed. Kylie Jenner's response to the allegations and the names of two companies also being sued remain unknown.
