The Stockholm District Court handed down a conditional sentence to Bill, along with 40 day-fines totaling 26,000 kronor. The company also received a corporate fine of 30,000 kronor.

The accounting violation involved an annual report that was filed too late. Per Bill has denied the charges, telling SVT News Gävleborg that the company had been dormant for over 10 years with no transactions. "I sit on the board and am not the one responsible for the accounting," Bill stated.
