Police in Lidköping, Sweden, responded to a report on March 21 about a driver following and hitting another vehicle from behind twice near Rörstrandsbron. The driver then stopped at a gas station and continued on foot toward Drömstan. Police quickly located the suspect, who appeared confused, and took him for testing.
The initial legal grounds are suspected drug DUI and reckless driving. No injuries occurred, but the other vehicle sustained material damage.
