A police patrol attempted to stop a car on LV682 north of Edsbyn in Ovanåker municipality on Friday evening. The driver refused to stop, leading to a pursuit that lasted several minutes before the car was stopped on a gravel road. During the arrest, the driver resisted and was handcuffed.
One person is suspected of aggravated unauthorized driving, aggravated negligence in traffic, and aggravated drug-impaired driving. No one was reported injured in the incident.
