An explosion was reported at the US embassy in Oslo, Norway. According to SVT Nyheter and Aftonbladet, a loud bang was heard near the embassy, with witnesses describing it as powerful and seeing heavy smoke from the area. Police have deployed large resources to the scene, reportedly including a helicopter and numerous police vehicles, and have cordoned off a larger area around the embassy, stopping and checking cars.
There are no reports of any injuries, and the cause of the incident remains unclear.
