According to the Wall Street Journal, Donald Trump's dissatisfaction with Bondi's handling of the Epstein files was an important reason for her firing. Many believe Bondi concealed Epstein documents, including Stacey Williams. The U.S. Department of Justice identified 6 million files, with approximately 3.5 million published. Many published files are heavily redacted, and the Department of Justice claims many remaining documents are duplicates.
Stacey Williams dated Jeffrey Epstein in the 1990s after meeting him at Donald Trump's Christmas party in 1992. According to Williams, Trump and Epstein were very good friends in the 1990s. Trump called Epstein a 'great guy' in 2002, and Epstein reportedly said, 'I was Donald's best friend for 10 years.' Trump said about Epstein, 'He likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side.' Trump broke contact with Epstein several years later, and in recent years, he has strongly distanced himself from the deceased sex offender.
The victims are being made public while the perpetrators are being redacted and protected.
Several FBI interviews were missing from the publicly released material from the Jeffrey Epstein investigation at the end of February. According to CNN, it involved over 90 interviews, among them interviews with a woman who made accusations against Donald Trump. Those files have now been released. The new material contains three interviews with the woman, who says she was exploited by Epstein, according to Politico and Sky News. When the woman was between 13 and 15 years old, Epstein allegedly took her to a skyscraper in New York or New Jersey, where she was introduced to Trump. According to the woman, several others were in the room, but Trump asked them to leave. He then allegedly tried to persuade her to perform oral sex on him, after which she allegedly bit him on the penis. Trump then allegedly pulled her hair and hit her on the side of the head, says the woman. She participated in three interviews between August and October 2019.
Donald Trump has consistently denied all forms of misconduct linked to the Epstein investigation. Currently, there is no evidence that he committed crimes linked to the sex offender, and he is not formally suspected of any crime. The White House spokesperson Karoline Leavitt said on Thursday that the accusations against Trump completely lack basis and that there is zero credible evidence for them. The Department of Justice has previously stated that there is material in the investigation that lacks substance or context.
All the 'survivors' have been ignored and dragged through hell. Also, Trump's victims have been forgotten and ignored in the Epstein case.
It was obvious that Trump and Epstein were very, very good friends. I saw that.
