Spring has arrived unusually early this year in Norrbotten, Sweden, according to SVT meteorologist Nitzan Cohen. The early arrival is due to more warm air than normal for the season, giving an early spring by a month or more in some places such as northern Norrland's inland. The warmth, rain, and slush are disrupting many people's plans to ski and ride snowmobiles along the coast, while others welcome the warmth after the cold winter.
