According to Daily Mail - Home, Craig Charles claimed a member of the I'm A Celeb WhatsApp group has been leaking stories. He said he does not know who the leaker is but stressed it is not him. Charles also revealed that Scarlett Moffatt had asked the group to keep her pregnancy news private because she had been open about difficulties conceiving. Moffatt announced her second pregnancy on social media on Monday night.
Charles appeared on Good Morning Britain on Tuesday to discuss the All Stars edition of the show, which features former contestants. He first appeared on I'm A Celeb in 2014 but exited early due to his brother's death. Charles is expected to reach the show's finale on Friday.
She told us that in the WhatsApp group a few weeks ago but she asked us all to keep it quiet.
The South African All Stars edition, filmed last year, features famous faces who have been on the show before. Unlike the regular series, celebrities eliminate each other after trial performances rather than by public vote. The winner will be crowned Jungle Legend, not King or Queen of the jungle. Gemma Collins, who quit after three days in 2014, returned for the All Stars edition and took on trials before being voted out.
I haven't been that engaged with the WhatsApp group because someone in the group is selling stories from the WhatsApp group to the newspapers.
So I kind of went, ooh, I'm not getting involved that much. We did know a couple of weeks ago, and I'm so glad for her because she's lovely.
She was talking in there about finding it difficult to conceive and to come out and basically get very quickly pregnant after coming out of the jungle, [which was prerecorded in September], everyone is really chuffed for her.
No, people have suspicions, but I couldn't possibly comment. It's certainly not me!
