The region assesses that the deficiencies have risked patient safety, the care process, and the content of care. The company is therefore required to pay a sanction of just over seven million kronor.

The agreement between the region and the company has ended since the review. The name of the company involved in the breach has not been disclosed. It is unknown whether any patients suffered harm due to the lack of licensed professionals.
