Cecilia Elise Wallin from Sundbyberg has opened a new world by taking inspiration from rappers and creating her own persona on social media. She was a teacher for most of her life but is now self-employed. When she started listening to rap and hip-hop music, her inspiration was reawakened, and she began making rap music videos on Instagram and TikTok that have reached millions.
Hundreds of thousands of likes are streaming in on her music videos. She says she is still a beginner. For her, lyrics are the most important, something she has worked on her whole life.
She offers tips for those who want to start songwriting: try to find patterns and emotions central to many people, express oneself simply and reach people with few words, and dare to stand out. She knew nothing about music when she started a year ago, but it allows her to be creative and create something unique.
