Abdelrahman Boudah faced his former club Hammarby on Sunday. Västerås SK lost 3-0, according to Fotbollskanalen. He told Fotbollskanalen he had mixed feelings about returning to the 3Arena.
Boudah joined Hammarby in 2022. He moved to Japanese club Albirex Niigata in summer 2024, according to a report from Fotbollskanalen. He is now back at Västerås SK on loan for the current season.
He has yet to score in Allsvenskan this season but has one assist, Fotbollskanalen noted. In a pre-match interview with Fotbollskanalen, Boudah said he feels on the right track after a tough pre-season with injuries and is impressed by coach Alexander Rubin. In the same interview, he spoke about a friendly rivalry with former teammate Montader Madjed, describing it as a match within the match and jokingly saying Madjed is always afraid of him, according to Fotbollskanalen.
After the game, he stressed there is only love between them and said he is ready for Madjed’s calls and group calls, Fotbollskanalen reported. Boudah hoped for a good reception from Hammarby fans and would not celebrate if he scored. Following the defeat, Boudah said it was sad to lose, according to Fotbollskanalen.
