Borussia Mönchengladbach will reportedly buy Hugo Bolin from Malmö FF this summer, according to unconfirmed reports. The Swedish midfielder, 22, joined the German club on loan with a purchase option. The option, reportedly worth around 37 million kronor, has already been met through performance-based criteria, making the purchase mandatory regardless of Mönchengladbach's season outcome.
Bolin has made five Bundesliga appearances for the club, providing one assist. Mönchengladbach is currently near the relegation zone in the Bundesliga.
