Residents near Kilforsen in Sollefteå municipality are disappointed with Vattenfall's own investigation into a fatal accident last summer where three people died. Thomas Gradin and Malin Spjuth, who live near the rapids, say the technical solutions exist and that not even considering any of them is negligent. Thomas Gradin has lived near Kilforsen his entire life and is reminded of the accident almost daily.
He has now developed some solutions to the safety risks and hopes Vattenfall will listen.
