Anton Frondell, 18, scored his first NHL career goal for the Chicago Blackhawks. The goal came in his fifth NHL game, opening the scoring for Chicago after nearly five minutes of play. Frondell, a Swede drafted third overall in the 2025 NHL draft, has one goal and four assists in five games since joining the team from Djurgården after their SHL playoff exit.
He is projected to play an important role alongside star Connor Bedard in the coming years.
