The incident occurred on April 9, when train staff contacted police about a passenger traveling without a ticket with an aggressive dog. The dog was loose and entered the track area at Hallsberg station.
Police were sent to handle the situation, and a decision was made to impound the dog. Shortly after 09:30, a traffic stop was implemented at the location while police worked to capture the dog. The traffic stop was lifted at 09:59.
