Admiral completed the integration of More Than in 2025 and acquired London-based digital fleet insurer Flock in an £80 million deal last month. The company sold its US car insurance business, Elephant, to US private equity firm JC Flower last month. Admiral has established a GenAI Centre of Excellence to move from experimentation to scale.
