Swedish skier Aaron Lindström crashed during the men's super-G at the Paralympics. The incident occurred in one of the final sections of the race when he entered a jump at an angle and lost balance, flying through the air before crashing and sliding down the slope. Rescue personnel were quickly on the scene, and Lindström received immediate care, sitting up after a few minutes before being transported away from the course.

The competition was interrupted for more than ten minutes, and Lindström was taken down in a rescue sled. On the stands, fellow skier Ebba Årsjö was seen visibly distressed, with her hands over her face and struggling to hold back tears, accompanied by her boyfriend. Lindström had been competing for a medal, having placed fourth in the downhill event earlier in the weekend.
