A new vehicle technology company has been established in Älvsbyn, Sweden, according to local media reports. S&H Group AB, registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket) on March 5, 2026, will focus on vehicle optimization, diagnostics, software adaptation, and trade of vehicle-related products.
The company is led by 28-year-old Sharzod Achilov, who serves as chairman of the board. Also in the company's leadership are Hasan Anwer Mufleh Al-Dulaimi and Maja Al-Dulaimi, according to reports from Piteå-Tidningen and Norrländska Socialdemokraten.
S&H Group AB has its registered office in Älvsbyn municipality and an initial share capital of 25,000 Swedish kronor. The company describes its business activities as encompassing "vehicle optimization, diagnostics, software adaptation, and trade of vehicle-related products, as well as compatible business activities."
The establishment represents a new business venture in the northern Swedish municipality, focusing on the growing vehicle technology and optimization sector.
