An 18-year-old man is charged with incitement to murder after allegedly using the encrypted app Signal to try to arrange a killing. According to the prosecutor, there was a clear risk the crime could have become reality. The indictment states that in February this year, the man posted a message in a chat group seeking people willing to kill someone for payment.
